Because HKS holds a Utah B100 license, we can manage the entire basement finish under one roof and coordinate the trades we don't self-perform.
The Process

We measure, check egress and ceiling height, and talk through layout options in person.
You get a clear scope and price. We pull the necessary permits and schedule the work.
Framing through final paint and trim, with regular updates — then a final walkthrough with you.
